The Six Sigma Green Belt certification is the next step after Yellow Belt. Green Belts lead medium-to-large process improvement projects using the full DMAIC methodology, applying advanced statistical tools to identify and eliminate root causes of problems.
In larger organizations, Green Belts coordinate projects with direct impact on cost, quality, and customer satisfaction, working alongside or under the guidance of a Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
