Dolf W. Hannert

Over the course of the past 25 years Dolf has partnered with many top organizations to achieve measurable Lean Six Sigma business improvement results through process effectiveness and efficiency, unparalleled customer satisfaction and superior market performance.

His ability to leverage his deep expertise, outstanding partnering skills and his bias for results has yielded millions of dollars of benefits to the bottom line for his clients. His primary focus is on the strategic deployment and execution of business performance improvement methodologies with a specific emphasis on the application of Lean Six Sigma.

Dolf has national and international business experience with all sizes of companies across a range of industries. His primary client list includes: ING Group, Wells Fargo, Detroit Medical Center, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Department of Defense Military Health Systems, eBay, PayPal, Google, Box, Symantec Corporation, Newmont Mining Corporation, and Health Management Systems.

Partnering with his clients, Dolf has managed and coached numerous complex Lean Six Sigma initiatives in: finance, information technology, manufacturing, operations, product development, marketing, sales, human resources, and legal. He specializes in strategy planning, business process improvement, project execution, project and executive coaching, voice of customer, and organizational change management.

Dolf has led the deployment of multiple Lean Six Sigma initiatives and delivered training to over 5,000 executives, managers, and associates. He is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Siebold International Group LLC. Prior to founding Siebold International Group, Dolf held management positions at Johnson & Johnson Ortho Biotech and AlliedSignal (now Honeywell).

Mr. Paul Arrambide is a visionary leader with a proven performance history. He specializes in business strategy development, strategic change, business transformation, product & service development & launch, project development & management, e-commerce & e-business strategies, innovation, Six Sigma, Lean, Design For Six Sigma, logistics, operations, business development, communications, and US & international team building.

Prior to his current role, he worked at Pitney Bowes, AIG, PricewaterhouseCoopers/IBM, General Electric, and the US Army. At GE, he held the positions of e-Business Manager, Engineering Manager, Master Black Belt, and Six-Sigma Black Belt. At PwC/IBM, he held the position of Principal Consultant. At AIG, he held the position of Director of Performance Management for the Eastern United States. At Pitney Bowes, he held the position of Director of Business Transformation.

Mr. Arrambide has applied business transformation strategies, innovation, Six Sigma, Lean, and Design for Six Sigma tools across business strategy, financial services, insurance, healthcare, operations, engineering, logistics, manufacturing, and e-business. He has also worked with major internet, service, healthcare, insurance and financial institutions, commercial equipment manufacturers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, tier 1 automotive clients, major chemical manufacturers, and NASA.

Credentials: BS in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Registered Engineer in the State of New York. Member of the International Society of Six Sigma Professionals and the Society of Manufacturing Engineers.

Mr. Jean-Hugues Bourgeois is a consultant, trainer and coach with an international professional experience of over 30 years acquired in leading companies in the field of manufacturing, railway, and operations in C-level positions: CEO SEDIS Group (industrial chains), CEO MPS (forging in railway sector), European Operations Manager CROSBY Europe, CEO of FORGE France, CEO Lormafer, and Site Manager AFR (freight railway wagons).

Jean-Hugues is an expert in Organizational Analysis covering strategy, organization, quality assurance, Lean, and ERP implementation. He has achieved exceptional results in: helping leaders find new areas of growth; adapting the company to its new strategy; helping complex international teams to execute multi-million budget projects; deploying a methodology for quality management; and deploying continuous improvement plans.

Mrs. Iuliana Andronache is a consultant, trainer and coach with a vast professional experience of over 25 years in business management, financial accounting, IT and IS, operations, and corporate governance. She has held C-level positions (CEO, COO, CFO) within Electrica, Chevron, GE, Toyota, InBev, Alstom Group.

Iuliana has achieved exceptional results in: establishing business strategy and strategic themes; improving overall operational performance; treasury and financing strategy, cash pooling and cash management; financial management of integrated shared support service platforms (financial, administrative, procurement, logistics, IT); profit optimization through revenue growth, cost reduction, and business process reengineering; reorganizing and restructuring companies; due diligence for mergers and acquisitions; IT and IS projects including SAP implementation; insurance and risk management; tax optimization; and human resources management including team coaching and mentoring.

Mr. John Rooney is an experienced manufacturing manager with a solid background in quality systems and Lean, with the ability to implement and expedite improvements to current processes. A strong strategic thinker and motivational team builder with the drive to succeed, he demonstrates a passion for objectives to achieve results. He has strong financial management skills in setting and managing budgets.

A leader with substantial hands-on experience whose personal philosophy and values have enabled him to succeed and inspire others. He retired in 2018 after 40 years with Vauxhall Motors and then went on to join Bluestones Manufactured Solutions.

Credentials: Engineering graduate of the University of Luton. Certified Black Belt. Diploma in Management Studies (PGDip), University of Bedfordshire. Higher National Certificate in Mechanical and Production Engineering, Wirral Metropolitan College. Technical Education Council Certificate in Mechanical and Production Engineering (ONC), Carlett Park College of Technology.

Roddy Craig

Mr. Roddy Craig has 41 years in car production with Vauxhall Motors and management experience in Maintenance, Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain planning and operations. Recently retired, he is now employed by Bluestones Manufacturing Solutions, utilizing his experience to support cultural change and Lean improvements.

Roddy Craig provides bespoke training in all aspects of Lean Six Sigma, focusing on shop floor challenges, understanding the people, developing training needs, then delivering the modules with follow-up work for participants to demonstrate they have understood and can implement the learnings.

He trains all hierarchical levels and leads improvement workshops and throughput improvement initiatives. Mr. Craig is a very experienced consultant who has frontline knowledge and expertise in all aspects of production, quality, supply chain, and maintenance.

Credentials: Level 7 Certification in Strategic Management and Leadership issued by the Chartered Management Institute.
