This level of Certification is mainly for beginners who are taking their first steps in learning and applying Six Sigma tools. Yellow Belts are a very important part of the team, as every organization needs people which, by the use of the right tools, can implement improvement solutions at a basic level of the organization. Yellow Belts play a critical role in supporting higher level Black Belt and Green Belt projects. Their main tasks are data collection, process mapping, setting up measurement systems. Most times, the Yellow Belt can be a Subject Matter Expert. In summary, the Six Sigma Yellow belt certification provides an overall insight to Six Sigma’s techniques, metrics and improvement methodologies.

We offer 2 days of an interactive training session in order to familiarize the participants with Lean Six Sigma fundamentals and also what the benefits of using this methodology within their organization can be.

By the end of this course, the Yellow Belts should be able to understand the principles of quality improvement, the importance of meeting costumer’s requirements and also have the ability to identify potential solutions.
